Sales Manager (Projects, B2B) / Project Manager
We are looking for a professional who knows how to sell and, more importantly, knows how to see projects through to completion: correctly, on time and with a long-term satisfied client. If you enjoy consultative selling and take ownership of the outcome, we want to talk.
You take leads, build relationships, and close projects.
Analyze needs and propose technical solutions (LED screens)
Negotiate, manage objections and maintain communication with the client
You prepare the operational part: offers, contracts, invoices
Monitor implementation : deadlines, quality, coordination with internal teams
Travel to the client (with company transport), participation in presentations/exhibitions
1–3 years of experience in technical product sales or project management (preferably in a technical field)
Practical knowledge of CRM and 1C – at the level of daily use – advantage
Romanian and Russian fluently , written and spoken correctly
Driving license category B
Communication, analysis, discipline, attention to detail.

Salary: 25,000 - 40,000 lei
Work schedule: Full-time
