We are looking for a strong negotiator who can turn a potential client's interest into a concrete contract. Your task is to find clients and skillfully sell our services. We will take care of all the routine calculations and estimates!

Actively expand your database: Independently search for new customers (cold sales, field work, processing incoming signals).
Conducting meetings and measurements: Visiting locations, conducting visual inspections, taking necessary measurements, and recording input data.
Value and sales price: You provide data to a technical specialist, receive a complete estimate, and professionally justify the cost to the client.
Influencing margins: We provide a basic calculation, but if you can sell services at a higher price or offer additional options, your bonus increases proportionally.
Closing of transactions: Assistance provided to the client until the signing of the contract and receipt of the first payment.
You are an expert negotiator: You don't just present numbers; you know how to handle objections and guide clients towards a decision.
Mobile and proactive: You are prepared for an intensive schedule of meetings and regular travel for measurements.
Motivated by high income: You enjoy the process of gaining customers and the ability to directly influence your earnings.
You have experience in B2B: You understand the specifics of collaborating with the corporate sector and know how to contact decision-makers (DMs).
Focus on the essentials: Don't waste time creating complex estimates and calculations - that's the job of the technical department. Your time is invested exclusively in communication and sales.
Competitive compensation: A transparent incentive system (base salary + high commission on transactions). Additional bonuses are offered for services that exceed the base price.
Required resources: Corporate communication, compensation for transportation costs (fuel and lubricants), modern CRM system.
Efficiency: We prepare calculations quickly so you can close the transaction while the customer's request is still relevant.
Salary from 18,000 net (fixed part + bonuses) with no upper limit.
