- Analysis and reporting for various processes. Monitoring KPIs of processes and employees.
- Participation in the assessment of employee performance.
- Communication with clients and the team.
- Identification and management of errors, issues, and unforeseen situations.
- Organizing meetings.
- Project support.
- Managing the calendar – no missed events!
- Support for the director in daily tasks.
- Correct written and oral communication in Romanian and Russian.

Comfortable office in the center of Chișinău. The property includes a canteen, parking, and a pool.
