The purpose of the position: Ensuring efficient and productive communication with Star Kebab franchisees and providing managerial support in the management of Star Kebab Restaurants.
Managerial experience in the HORECA industry;
A good understanding of the work processes within the HORECA industry;
Completed higher education;
Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point);
Knowledge of Bitrix24 (an advantage);
Presentation, planning, negotiation, and sales skills;
Time management skills;
Leadership skills for managing a team.
