Store Manager

We invite individuals with experience in a similar position or those looking to work in the field and are results-oriented to apply for this position.

Coordinating all the store's operational processes

Developing actions to increase sales and reduce operational costs

Monitoring and achieving the store's financial goals that they oversee (sales plan, productivity, operational expenses, known losses), etc.

Placing orders and controlling merchandise deliveries

Preparing, conducting, and monitoring promotions

Organizing and participating in store inventories

Training and supervising the team's activities.

Higher education – economics, commerce, administration

Experience in commerce, in a similar store management position is mandatory

Fluent communication in Romanian and Russian

Friendly, energetic, flexible person with work schedule

PC operating skills - Microsoft Office Excel, email

Base salary + monthly KPI + annual KPI (from 15,000 lei).
