Responsibilities:
-Seeking and attracting new clients, converting them into regular customers.
-Working with the company's clients.
-Promoting the company's services, negotiating, and attending meetings.
-Overseeing the logistics chain from loading to unloading goods (monitoring the customer from the receipt of the request to the issuance of the invoice).
-Managing the flow of documents, including contracting, invoicing, and debt control.
-Maintaining the client database and reporting in CRM.
Requirements:
-Higher education.
-Excellent communication skills. Ability to quickly find common ground with clients and to deviate from the script when necessary.
-Self-confidence, quick learning, and personal development.
-Knowledge of international trade procedures (Incoterms, document flow) - preferred.
-Willingness to work result-oriented, with the skill to establish, maintain, and develop partnership relations with clients.
-Initiative, and the willingness and ability to make decisions independently.
-Experience in cold-calling techniques.
-Presentation skills, negotiation experience, and ability to close collaboration agreements.
-Proper oral and written communication.
