• Coordinates and supervises the team's activity;
• Ensures the motivation, animation and smooth functioning of the team, maintaining a collaborative and performance-oriented work environment;
• Maintain permanent communication with Top Management and business partners in France;
• Evaluates the team's individual and collective performance, identifying growth opportunities;
• Set clear and measurable objectives (KPI) and monitor their progress;
• Provides mentoring and coaching to develop the skills of team members;
• Develops professional development plans and career plans for subordinates;
• Participates in the recruitment process for new team members;
• Ensures onboarding, training and ongoing mentoring for new employees;
• Direct involvement in operational activities, with the ability to take over the responsibilities of team members in case of absence or necessity;
• Participates in the reporting process, understanding how indicators are calculated and data transmission flows;
• Performs periodic analysis of KPIs and proposes improvement actions.
• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Audit.
• Previous experience in a similar position with the specifics of financial analysis, controlling, accounting, financial audit, etc.
• Experience in leading and managing a team and working with different KPIs (2–3 years minimum).
• Knowledge of French or English at minimum level B2.
• Good skills in using MS Office, advanced Excel, SAP and COGNOS would be an advantage.
