Viatel Company is hiring a Customer Support Specialist (Romanian language).
You will handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing information about postal services and support in resolving requests.

- Handling incoming calls from customers
- Responding to queries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Providing information and solutions regarding postal services
- Maintaining a positive, customer-oriented attitude
- Fluent level of Romanian language proficiency
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Previous experience in the field of telephone support service or customer relations (advantage)
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, chat, email)
- Ability to handle difficult situations and find solutions
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments

Monday-Friday : 11:00-20:00
*one Saturday a month we work from 9:00AM to 1:00PM. For compensation, you will receive time off during the week or we will pay for it.
