Project Manager (Construction)
ViTRA Company is hiring an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and monitor ongoing projects.
Planning, organizing and coordinating construction projects according to approved schedules;
Monitoring the execution of works on site and ensuring compliance with deadlines;
Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors;
Managing budgets, materials and resources required for the project;
Verifying the quality of the works according to technical norms, legislation in force and technical projects;
Reporting progress to company management;
Identifying and resolving problems arising during the execution process;
Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on the construction site.
Higher technical studies in construction (Civil Engineering or similar);
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing construction projects;
Solid knowledge in the technical field, construction regulations and procedures;
Excellent planning and coordination skills;
Category B license.
Experience in civil, industrial or commercial projects;
Experience with quotes, tenders, cost management.
