Wiza is looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager - Designer with experience in customer service and sales. The role involves managing customers, developing projects and turning offers into real contracts.
Customer management from first contact (social media, showroom) to contract signing;
Company presentation, preparation of offers and calculations;
Dealing with objections and customer reminders at all stages of the sales process;
Organizing measurements, developing projects in the design program and sending them to 3D visualization;
Control over the signing of the contract and accompanying the customer after the sale;
Managing the customer base and converting them into orders.
Sales experience (preferably in furniture/design);
Developed aesthetic sense and understanding of style;
Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
Result orientation and motivation for performance — income increases directly proportional to sales achievements.
