Organization and coordination of branch operations (commercial and technical);
Development of the customer portfolio: new sales, retention;
Team management and ensuring its performance;
Monitoring and achieving KPIs;
Collaboration with B2B, technical, and marketing departments;
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales and team management;
Advanced negotiation and customer retention skills;
Advanced PC skills;
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages (English – an advantage);
