The Purchasing Manager is responsible for securing all materials, equipment, and services requested by internal departments (construction, sales, production) while maintaining high-performance relationships with both local and international suppliers and collaborating with site warehouses for optimal stock. Centralize supply requests received from all departments.
Analyze the markets for construction materials, technological equipment, and utilities
Negotiate terms, prices, logistic conditions, and advantageous commercial clauses;
Draft, review, and monitor framework contracts and special orders;
identify and qualify new suppliers; evaluate the performance of existing ones based on quality, cost, and delivery indicators;
Maintain long-term partnership relations and organize periodic audits
Monitor the execution of the procurement budget, propose optimizations and savings;
Prepare monthly reports on stock, costs, and indicators (KPI) for management
Coordinate the transport, reception, and quality verification of materials;
Ensure collaboration with partners responsible for importing goods from external suppliers.
higher education (technical, economics, or industrial engineering);
minimum 1 year experience in procurement (construction or industrial preferred);
strong negotiation, analysis, and budget planning skills;
solid MS Office skills; ERP experience is an advantage;
fluent in Romanian, very good in Russian; good in English;
results-oriented, critical thinking, stress resistant, and multitasking.
