The main purpose of the position:
Ensuring the company's commercial strategy, managing sales teams and developing new business opportunities, in order to maximize the organization's revenues and profitability.
Development and implementation of short, medium and long-term commercial strategy, in line with the company's overall objectives
Creating and monitoring sales plans, defining and implementing pricing policies, discounts and commercial conditions.
Supervise and coordinate commercial teams, including sales managers and teams of sales representatives.
Identifying customer needs and offering personalized solutions to maximize their satisfaction and create cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Identifying new business opportunities and industry trends to keep the company competitive in the market.
Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial teams and sales activities.
Participate in the development of new products/services, providing market and customer feedback to improve the company's portfolio.
Minimum 5 years of previous experience in retail or food production.
Completed higher education (preferably in the field of economics, commerce or management);
Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Analytical thinking and solution orientation.
