Our company is expanding its team and hiring a Social Media Manager & Secretarial Assistant , with a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and office administrative activities.
Main Responsibilities (Social Media):
Creating and implementing a social media promotion strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Developing the editorial calendar and managing online campaigns.
Producing creative content: texts, visuals, stories, reels, video materials for promotion.
Campaign performance monitoring and indicator analysis (Insights, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
Managing communication with followers and maintaining the company's image online.
Identifying trends and generating promotional ideas.
Main responsibilities (Secretariat):
Management of electronic and telephone correspondence.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, sessions and daily agenda.
Preparation of internal documents, editing, scanning, archiving.
Welcoming visitors and providing administrative support for the team.
Recording and distributing internal documents and communications.
Maintaining administrative records and order in the office.
Mandatory requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media/Marketing and/or administrative activities.
Excellent knowledge of the Romanian language (written, spoken).
Creativity, attention to detail, communication skills.
Basic knowledge of photo/video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe – advantage).
Organizational skills, punctuality and seriousness.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Advanced PC operation (Word, Excel, email).
It is an advantage:
Experience in finance/audit/accounting.
Copywriting/digital marketing knowledge.
Experience in managing paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
Russian or English language – advantage, not mandatory.
