Promotion and sale of MacunShop.md products (office + online)
Responding to messages and phone calls from customers
Picking, processing and preparing orders for delivery (Nova Poshta)
Product and stock records
Placing ads on online platforms and social networks
Creation of promotional materials (texts, simple visuals)
Online store administration and updating
Uploading products and coordinating website content
Preparation of necessary documents, contracts or acts
Actively contributing to sales growth
Experience in sales, online marketing or e-commerce (an advantage)
Good customer communication skills
Basic PC knowledge, social networks, online messaging
Ability to organize and multi-task
Desire to learn and get actively involved
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages (mandatory)
Experience in creating visuals/advertisements – advantage
