Monthly content planning for our main platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Creating and managing creatives for paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Weekly/monthly monitoring and reporting of campaign performance (leads, views, CPL, CPC, CTR, etc.).
Coordinating content production (briefs, reviewing texts and visuals) and organizing photo/video projects.
Coordination with the agency for necessary updates on the company website.
Market research and competition analysis to adapt strategies.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
Advanced working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads and CRM.
Experience in content creation and using design programs.
Advanced level of knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A comfortable and modern workplace, located in the city center.
