About the role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of our email marketing direction.
This role includes email campaigns, CRM communication, customer segmentation, automated flows, repeat sales and retention.
A key part of the role is improving email deliverability across different mailbox providers and ensuring strong inbox placement.
Plan, launch and optimize email marketing campaigns
Build and improve automated email flows and customer journeys
Segment audiences based on customer data, behavior and purchase history
Personalize communication to improve engagement and conversion
Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign performance
Track key metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion, repeat sales and overall email performance
Monitor and improve email deliverability across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and other providers
Manage sender reputation, domain warm-up, inbox placement and anti-spam best practices
Work closely with internal teams to improve customer communication and CRM processes
3+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing or lifecycle marketing
Strong hands-on experience with email campaigns, automation and segmentation
Good understanding of email deliverability, mailbox provider behavior and inbox placement
Experience with sender reputation, domain warm-up, inbox placement and spam prevention
Experience with email marketing and CRM tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Customer.io, Braze or similar
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Good written English
Nice to have
Experience in travel, e-commerce, lead generation or other performance-driven businesses
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau or Power BI
Basic HTML or email template knowledge
Experience working with internal CRM systems and cross-functional teams
