The individual product development department team is looking for a colleague for the position of Product Manager.
The objective of the position is to ensure the development, administration and optimization of products and services intended for individuals.
What will you do:
Develop and implement new products and services for individuals;
You manage the product life cycle: launch, promotion, adjustment, withdrawal;
Optimize processes related to banking products and services;
You analyze the banking market and consumer behavior for product development;
You develop product conditions (terms, interest, fees, etc.) and related documentation;
Coordinate interdepartmental projects and collaborations (IT, Risk, Legal, Marketing, Compliance, etc.);
Request and monitor functional developments;
Monitor product performance through relevant KPIs;
Ensure product compliance with NBM regulations and applicable legislation;
Provide advisory support to the bank's subdivisions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, especially in the development and management of retail products for individuals (deposits, current accounts, commissions, etc.);
In-depth knowledge of banking products and end-to-end operational processes;
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and product life cycle;
Ability to develop impact analyses and technical requirements;
Good knowledge of data analysis and the use of KPIs;
Knowledge of the regulations of the NBM, DNI, CNMF;
Higher education in economics or finance-banking;
Knowledge of English (intermediate level) and Russian (intermediate-advanced level).
