Casa Beauty is a new concept of beauty & personal care stores, focused on everyday care, product discovery and self-care moments. We want to build a close, modern and accessible brand, where customers return with pleasure.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to develop Casa Beauty with energy, clarity and commercial sense.
What will you do at Casa Beauty?
- You will develop and strengthen the Casa Beauty brand – messages, campaigns and commercial initiatives
- You will plan and coordinate beauty promotions (bundles, smart mechanics, product launches)
- You will work closely with category managers to increase sales and purchase frequency
- You will coordinate communication in stores (promo areas, windows, New In, Best Seller)
- You will define messages for digital, social media and influencers
- You will manage the launch of new brands and products
- You will contribute to training sales consultants for natural and correct recommendations.
Who are we looking for?
- You have experience in marketing (ideally FMCG / beauty / retail)
- Understand consumer behavior and retail logic
- You have a commercial mindset and are results-oriented
- You are organized, proactive and like to coordinate projects
- You communicate easily and work well with different teams
- We are not looking for a posting executor.
- We are looking for someone who builds, tests and grows a brand.
