We are looking for a creative and organized Content Manager to transform ideas into engaging visuals and texts for our social media.
Main responsibilities:
Creating and managing content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
Video filming and editing (reels, stories, interviews, promotional materials)
Photo creation and processing for posts and campaigns
Text editing: descriptions, video scripts, short articles, promotional posts
Planning the editorial calendar
Collaboration with marketing, HR and sales teams for thematic campaigns
Monitoring content performance and proposing improvements.
Requirements:
Experience in creating digital content - portfolio of works
Filmmaking and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop or similar)
Creativity + developed aesthetic sense
Knowledge of social media trends & algorithms
Good writing skills in Romanian (Russian/English – advantage)
Organization and meeting deadlines
