DAW BENŢA MOL announces a job opening for a Marketing Specialist.
You plan, coordinate, and implement Marketing budgets;
Develop ideas for innovative marketing campaigns;
Support marketing activities using your own expertise in areas such as advertising content development and optimization;
Communicate with suppliers and partners to plan events and promotional campaigns; Analyze campaign results, conversion rates, and website traffic to
improve future marketing activities;
Actively engage in creating promotional strategies and marketing plans;
Manage the company's websites and social media accounts;
Build brand reputation across digital and traditional channels;
Work closely with the sales team to develop effective promotional campaigns;
Represent the company in relations with other media (press, radio, etc.) to ensure the desired image is maintained;
Produce monthly reports on industry sector activity and progress made;
Participate in company-organized events (launch events, seminars, presentations).
Communication: Clear speaking and active listening, detailed and respectful communication with others, effective teamwork focused on the company's results and performance.
Time Management: Prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing digital tools and doing all these with accuracy.
Organization: Uses organizational skills to stay focused on completing tasks correctly and on time, creates primary and backup marketing plans, and coordinates the necessary elements to implement these plans.
Technical Skills: Uses technical skills to leverage digital marketing tools to deliver and track promotion campaign components. Daily use of the following tools: SEO and SEM, email, CRM, and social media.
