We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to actively contribute to promoting the Decorstone brand, increasing online visibility and generating leads. You will work closely with the sales and management team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Developing and implementing online and offline marketing strategies
Social media page management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Creating and coordinating advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads – advantage)
Content creation: promotional texts, posts, product descriptions, press releases
Monitoring campaign performance and reporting
Optimizing brand visibility (basic SEO, website promotion)
Collaboration with designers, agencies or external suppliers
Supporting the sales team with promotional materials
Studies in marketing, communication, business or related fields
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position (advantage)
Knowledge of online promotion and social media
Experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager – advantage
Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics – advantage
Romanian language – fluent; Russian – advantage
PC skills: MS Office, Canva / Photoshop – advantage
