We are seeking a Promotion Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives, create effective advertising campaigns, and strengthen our brand presence in the US market.
Main responsibilities
Development and implementation of promotional campaigns across all digital channels: website, email newsletters, social media, and shopping platforms.
Planning and implementing seasonal and strategic promotions aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting customers.
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business development teams to align goals and unified strategies.
Campaign performance analysis, reporting and optimization recommendations.
Maintaining a promotional calendar and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
Managing promotional budgets, optimizing expenses, and increasing ROI.
Monitoring market trends and new tools to implement innovative approaches in campaigns.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or promotional management.
Proven results in developing and implementing online campaigns aimed at increasing sales or engagement.
Understanding of analytics, SEO, email marketing and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Russian and English (oral and written).
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Amazon, Shopify or similar platforms will be an advantage.
