Develop and manage promotional campaigns across email, social media, website, and partner channels.
Plan and execute seasonal promotions, sales events, and product launches.
Collaborate with marketing, sales and creative teams to align promotional strategies with business goals.
Analyze performance metrics to optimize ROI and customer engagement.
Manage budgets for discounts, affiliate deals, and other collaborations.
Oversee promotional calendar and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.
Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ activities to propose fresh and competitive ideas.
3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, promotion management, or digital campaign strategy.
Proven track record of driving sales through strategic promotions.
Strong understanding of email marketing, social media, SEO, and affiliate marketing.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, AI/GPT, Amazon, Shopify (or similar e-commerce platforms) is a plus.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to marketing initiatives.
A strong level of English and Russian - both written and verbal- is required.
