Social Media/Performance Marketing Manager
Main responsibilities
Planning and implementing Social Media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Managing brand pages: editorial plan, copy, posts, monthly analyses.
Launching and optimizing Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads campaigns.
KPI reporting: CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, engagement rate.
Content coordination with external designers & creators.
Monitoring trends and competitors.
Requirements / Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management and paid campaigns.
Knowledge of Meta Business, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics platforms.
Data analysis skills and results-oriented thinking.
Good knowledge of copywriting and content structuring.
Organization, responsibility, quick reaction and autonomy.
