Marketing Department Development: Lead and develop a department dedicated to marketing, promotion and sales growth, establishing clear objectives and effective strategies to achieve them.
Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies, adapted to market needs and requirements, taking into account our business specifics.
Promotion and Advertising: Increase the visibility and awareness of our brand through advertising campaigns, marketing events, digital marketing and other relevant tactics.
Customer and Partner Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers and business partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and business growth.
Innovation and Creativity: Promote innovation and creativity in all aspects of marketing, providing innovative solutions to meet customer needs and gain competitive advantage.
Analysis and Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, collect and analyze data to make strategic adjustments and improve the overall performance of the department.
Solid experience in marketing, with a focus on digital promotion and the events industry. Sales experience will be a strong advantage.
Excellent management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
Deep knowledge of digital marketing, online and offline promotion strategies.
The ability to develop and implement personalized marketing strategies adapted to the diverse needs of our clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
The ability to analyze marketing data and make informed decisions based on it.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is required; postgraduate studies are an advantage.
