Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Have knowledge of online marketing, including product lines and sales funnels (lead magnets, subscription pages, sales, email marketing processes, webinars, etc.), split tests, and analytics gathering
Have experience in performance marketing: understanding tool stacks and technologies, exceeding benchmarks, and independently working with multiple channels
Operate based on Unit economics
Have experience in building/improving a comprehensive analytics system for evaluating each channel and advertising campaign based on CAC and LTV
Set clear goals, monitor quality and deadlines, and can work intensively and effectively in a team
Understand communication tools and different target audiences
Measure the effectiveness of their work in numbers and are result-oriented, aligning with business goals
Are self-reliant and proactive
Proficient in Russian, Romanian, and English
As a plus, have experience working in educational projects as a marketing department manager or marketing director.
