Promoting products and services across various social channels;
Managing and optimizing company social media pages;
Implementing and monitoring social media strategies;
Monitoring the impact of social media on marketing activities;
Developing the strategy for digital campaigns;
Analyzing the efficiency of campaigns/channels and providing analytical data including from Google Analytics;
Constantly optimizing the customer experience to develop successful strategies;
Collaborating with the team to implement creative concepts;
Monitoring trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvement actions;
Higher education in marketing/management
Knowledge of Romanian, English, and Russian
Experience in a relevant field will be an advantage
Confident PC user (Internet, e-mail, MS Office, other office applications)
Technical knowledge: SEO, content marketing, data analysis (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
Creativity: Ability to create engaging and relevant content for various audiences.
Organizational skills: Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
