Join the team at Magenta Consulting – a leader in sociological and market research in the Republic of Moldova.
You will conduct face-to-face interviews in localities across the country
You will interact with people at home or in public spaces (parks, markets, streets)
You will use a phone or tablet to record responses
You will work 8 hours/day, 5 days/week – the schedule is set weekly
You will work independently, but with ongoing support from the coordinator
You will receive comprehensive training online or in-person at the start of each project
Romanian language - mandatory, Russian language - advantage
You are communicative, responsible, adaptable, and organized
No experience necessary – we provide free training
Official Service Contract
Transport provided for travel to other regions
Tablet, 4G SIM card, and power bank – after the probation period
Coffee, regular training, team events
Base salary: 10,000 lei + 1,000 lei meal vouchers (The salary can increase to 16,000 lei depending on performance, after 2 months)
You will move around and directly interact with people, conducting face-to-face surveys and using digital devices for data collection.
