Marketing Manager (Strategy & Content) – Interior Design & Architecture
Who we are: At MAKANI , we transform spaces into unique experiences. We are an interior design and architecture studio with a vast international portfolio, having projects completed in Romania, Austria, Italy, Germany, France, Spain and other countries. We are in a growth phase and are looking for a creative and strategic person to make our voice heard globally.
Who we're looking for: We're not just looking for a simple SMM manager. We're looking for a Brand Builder. Someone who understands visual aesthetics, but who also knows how to turn likes into leads.
What will you do:
Strategy: You will develop and implement the company's marketing strategy (online & offline) to attract new customers.
Social Media: Complete account management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Not just posts, but community creation.
Content Creation: You will go to construction sites and finished objects to create quality photo/video content (Reels/TikTok) that conveys emotion.
Community Management: You will be the voice of the brand in relation to followers and customers.
Analysis: You will monitor campaign performance and come up with optimization solutions.
PR & Influencers: You will manage collaborations with the professional press and influencers in the field.
You are a perfect fit if:
You have experience in Marketing or SMM (portfolio is an advantage).
You are passionate about Interior Design and Architecture (you have a well-developed aesthetic eye).
You know how to use photo/video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Lightroom) at an advanced level.
You are a proactive person: you come up with ideas, you don't just wait to be told what to do.
