We're looking for a Social Media Manager with fresh ideas and positive energy!

Type of collaboration: Freelance
You will create, publish, and coordinate content across all relevant platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
You will develop a consistent social media communication strategy in line with the brand's values.
You will produce visual content (graphics, photos, videos, reels, stories, etc.), with or without external support.
You will monitor results and optimize posts based on engagement, reach, and other indicators.
You will collaborate with the internal team to integrate online communication with in-store initiatives.
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.
Skills in creating visual content (Canva, short videos, stories, reels).
Solid knowledge of copywriting and adapting the message according to the channel and audience.
Strategic thinking and attention to detail regarding brand image.
Knowledge about platform algorithms and current trends in social media.
Advanced level in Romanian and Russian (written and spoken), English is an advantage.
Availability for remote work, with occasional presence for filming, meetings, etc.
