Coordinator Specialist for the E-commerce Bureau, Marketing and Sales Department.

Building, managing, and developing logistical relationships between international partners for e-commerce growth;
Negotiating and concluding agreements with partners to create efficient logistics chains;
Presenting proposals for logistical routes and partnerships to enhance e-commerce development;
Defining and implementing the e-commerce growth strategy alongside functional departments (marketing, IT, sales, etc.);
Developing the sales plan, achieving KPIs and goals;
Analyzing and identifying new e-commerce trends and growth opportunities;
Competitor analysis, price monitoring, and studying customer purchase trends;
Analyzing the international market, demand, and supply to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities;
Working with economic agents in need of logistical solutions;
Increasing export volumes;
Preparing analytical and financial reports (with the ability to draw conclusions and make decisions).
Experience in the field is an advantage;
Practical experience in using e-commerce websites/platforms;
Understanding of the e-commerce industry and how global logistics chains are structured;
Fluent communication in Romanian, Russian, and English;
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Google Analytics;
Self-driven with good personal work organization and commitment;
Analytical skills.
