Job Purpose:
Managing and optimizing the company's online presence through social media platforms, creating and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, user engagement, and conversions.
Content Creation and Management:
Creating and curating visual and textual content for social media posts.
Managing and updating the company's social media profiles.
Ensuring that all materials are aligned with the brand guidelines and the company's standards.
Engagement and Communication:
Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and user interactions on social media platforms.
Handling public relations crises and delicate situations online.
Analysis and Reporting:
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns using various analytical tools.
Preparing periodic reports on the performance and impact of campaigns.
Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement based on data and feedback.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience managing social media, preferably in a similar role.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and analytical and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication abilities, with particular attention to detail and brand tone.
Creativity: Ability to develop and implement innovative and engaging content ideas.
Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary: 14,000 MDL.
Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 4 PM – 5:00 PM
