Rogob is looking for a colleague to fill the position of Brand Manager.
In the role of Brand Manager, you will ensure the implementation of marketing policies, by promoting the company's brands, you will generate strategies aimed at increasing market share and brand awareness, improving customer satisfaction and increasing sales levels.
Branding Activities
managing the existing product portfolio: optimizing the assortment, conducting market research (trends, competition, demand, consumer preferences)
managing the development activities of new products and ranges and pricing policy (R&D)
Packaging activities management: brands, visual design, packaging materials, texts and messages
positioning and presenting new products, defining representative elements and messages to the consumer.
tracking product sales performance and intervening in product content and form.
Integrated Communication Activities
promoting the Rogob brand (PR activities and image advertising)
managing product communication campaigns and consumption opportunities across all communication channels
managing the company's digital strategy
creating specifications for online and offline campaigns and strategies
developing communication and content lines for the company's products and ranges (video, photo, copy)
organizing events and communication opportunities for the company's products
tracking sales performance and intervening with initiatives to promote and increase product or range performance
managing budgets allocated to the field of activity.
reports and analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness.
Higher education
Experience in a similar position, preferably in FMCG companies
Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good time management and prioritization skills
Familiar with deadlines and performing simultaneous tasks
