A specialist responsible for planning, developing, and managing advertising campaigns to promote Moldtelecom's services and products aimed at enhancing the brand's competitiveness, recognition, market share, and the company's revenue.
Participates in the development of the marketing mix for a product in the Moldtelecom portfolio;
Defines advertising campaigns, synchronizing all the communication mixes: print, outdoor, TV, radio, web, in collaboration with advertising agencies, designers, and other creative industry partners;
Engages in any design-related work or company image and branding to ensure consistency in stylistics and communication policy;
Creates the overall concept for advertising activities and oversees the creative process;
Develops, evolves, and manages the company's products, services, and marketing campaigns;
Analyzes and interprets data, prepares reports, presentations, and recommendations;
Monitors the life cycle and performance of the company's products and services;
Continuously monitors and analyzes the market and competitors;
Studies customer needs and expectations.
Higher education in economics, marketing;
Advanced knowledge of applications: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint;
Experience in telecommunications and brand management is an advantage;
Shows creativity, has a good ability to write texts and commercial messages;
Excellent organizational skills and time management;
Dynamic, creative, communicative person, focused on results;
Problem-solving skills;
Fluent in Romanian and Russian, English (intermediate/advanced level).
