S.A. MOLDTELECOM announces the opening of the vacant position for a Product Marketing Manager.
Develops and manages existing products and services. Monitors their lifecycle and performance.
Identifies and proposes the launch of new services, products, promotions, and campaigns. Develops launch concepts for new services/products; conducts financial analyses and feasibility studies for these.
Coordinates the proposed promotions and services for launch with other specialists within the Service in case of overlapping domains of activity; joint campaigns (convergent services, bonuses, cross-service, etc.).
Monitors and provides feedback on the promotion concept, the accuracy of information, and the brand image prepared for commercial launch (images, texts, prices, WEB, news, etc.).
Constantly monitors the international and local market situation (structure, trends, customers, competition, etc.). Analyzes the needs and expectations of customers.
Presents proposals for conducting surveys and research in the field.
Coordinates with other structural subdivisions of Moldtelecom the functional possibilities for developing and implementing the services and products proposed for launch, actively participates in solving emerging problems.
Monitors the correctness of the application of commercial implementation and sales procedures for services by other structural subdivisions of Moldtelecom, as well as customer service, in accordance with internal regulations, the Company's strategy, and current legislation.
Higher education in the field of economics/marketing/communications or information technology
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications products and services management
Experience in market analysis and product category segmentation
Experience in planning, budgeting, and setting monthly targets
Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent command of Romanian, English, and Russian languages
