Main responsibilities:
🎯 Strategy & Brand: Implement the Marketing Strategy and ensure the visual coherence of the brand through authentic Storytelling .
✨ Content Creation: Create engaging content (visuals, Reels, texts, new ideas) that resonates with our audience .
📊 Social Ads: Coordinate Meta Ads campaigns, analyze performance , and optimize visuals for maximum results.
🗓️ Management: Plan the monthly Content plan , manage Marketing Budgets and collaborate with the Internal Team or External Partners .
📈 Analysis: Monitor Results and prepare periodic Reports to optimize activities.
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year in marketing ( Digital marketing is an advantage).
⚙️ Technical skills: Knowledge of Digital Promotion tools and Meta platforms .
✍️ Communication: Excellent Copywriting skills in Romanian (and Russian , if applicable for the local market).
