Rogob Company is looking for a new colleague to fill the position of Veterinarian. In the role of Veterinarian, you will ensure control over compliance with sanitary and veterinary rules during the reception, processing and storage of raw materials and finished products.
Participates in the reception of raw materials and auxiliary materials and prepares related reports
Control over the sanitary and veterinary condition of raw materials, finished products, transport, packaging, premises, inventory
Verification of compliance with technological instructions regarding packaging, marking and delivery of products
Taking production samples for laboratory investigations according to instructions
Ensuring compliance with product manufacturing parameters according to the current health legislation and regulations
Ensuring control over the implementation of protective measures against diseases common to humans and animals
Identification and elimination of non-conformities in the technological flow
Monitoring and verification of critical control points
Carrying out the sanitary-veterinary examination of the finished product before it leaves the production section
Establishing and implementing corrective actions
Participation in continuous improvement actions of standards implemented at company level
Higher education in the field of veterinary medicine
Solid knowledge/experience in the field of meat and meat product processing technology
Good knowledge of MS Office package
