Higher education in pharmacy, general medicine, biochemistry, or bioengineering;
Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel (proficient user);
Fluency in Russian, Romanian, and English;
Responsibility, independence, good work organization.
Preparation, formation, and submission of bids for tender participation, including tender documentation;
Analysis of the technical specifications and creation of a commercial proposal;
Conducting consultations and negotiations with suppliers and clients;
Negotiations and correspondence with tender organizers;
Providing reports on completed work to the supervisor.
