Management and supervision of all dental work performed in the laboratory.
Verification and approval of works before delivery, ensuring a high level of quality.
Implementing feedback received from collaborating physicians.
Coordinating the activities of the team of technicians to meet deadlines.
Coaching and mentoring colleagues for continuous professional development.
Maintaining a positive, productive and harmonious atmosphere in the laboratory.
Materials and equipment management, including inventory monitoring.
Process optimization and reduction of material losses.
Strict compliance with sanitary standards and legal regulations.
Taking and integrating feedback from doctors.
Ensuring a high level of satisfaction in existing collaborations.
Building lasting professional relationships.
Involvement in certain stages of production only in exceptional cases.
Ensuring continuity of processes in emergency situations.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior dental technician or similar.
Advanced knowledge in dental prosthetics and modern laboratory techniques.
Excellent coordination, organization and leadership skills.
Ability to make quick and effective decisions.
Proactive attitude, responsibility and results orientation.
Experience working with digital equipment and technologies is an advantage.
Good communication and collaboration skills with the team and partners.
