We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager, a professional with strategic vision who is capable of contributing to the development and strengthening of the position of an Austrian brand of dietary supplements for one of our international partners, with over 10 years of presence in Moldova and having become one of the market leaders.
This is a management position, intended for a sales and marketing expert who desires an active role in developing the brand in the Republic of Moldova, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Coordinating and implementing the sales and marketing strategy, aligned with the company's objectives;
Enhancing brand visibility and product portfolio through effective campaigns and strategic partnerships;
Managing and expanding commercial relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and pharmaceutical retail chains;
Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities;
Planning and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, medical events, influencers);
Monitoring sales performance and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies for optimization;
Working closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent implementation of business plans;
Managing the financial resources allocated to marketing and promotional activities, ensuring investment efficiency.
Higher education in pharmacy, medicine, biology, or related fields - mandatory;
Relevant experience of at least 5 years in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or dietary supplements industry;
Excellent skills in sales, negotiation, and communication, with a focus on developing business relationships;
Analytical thinking and results-oriented, with the ability to make decisions based on data and market feedback;
Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and English (advanced) is a competitive advantage;
Driving license category B and availability for travel.
