Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and implementing the sales and marketing strategy, aligned with the company's objectives;

  • Enhancing brand visibility and product portfolio through effective campaigns and strategic partnerships;

  • Managing and expanding commercial relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and pharmaceutical retail chains;

  • Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities;

  • Planning and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, medical events, influencers);

  • Monitoring sales performance and campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies for optimization;

  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent implementation of business plans;

  • Managing the financial resources allocated to marketing and promotional activities, ensuring investment efficiency.

Requirements

  • Higher education in pharmacy, medicine, biology, or related fields - mandatory;

  • Relevant experience of at least 5 years in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or dietary supplements industry;

  • Excellent skills in sales, negotiation, and communication, with a focus on developing business relationships;

  • Analytical thinking and results-oriented, with the ability to make decisions based on data and market feedback;

  • Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and English (advanced) is a competitive advantage;

  • Driving license category B and availability for travel.
