Coordination of procurement processes for the optical network;
Negotiating contracts with suppliers and strengthening commercial relationships;
Analysis of offers and identification of the most advantageous purchasing conditions;
Monitoring stocks and ensuring continuity of supply;
Close collaboration with logistics, sales, finance and legal teams;
Compliance with internal policies and efficient management of the procurement budget.
Higher education (economics, management or related fields);
Relevant experience in procurement – minimum 3 years;
Excellent negotiation and analysis skills;
Advanced PC skills (Excel);
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian (English is an advantage);
Organized person, oriented towards efficiency, with initiative and proactive spirit.
