Rogob Company is seeking a colleague to fill the role of a Veterinary Doctor.
As a Veterinary Doctor, you will ensure the compliance with veterinary health regulations during the reception, processing, and storage of raw materials and finished products.
Participates in the reception of raw materials and auxiliary materials, and prepares the corresponding reports;
Monitors the veterinary health status of raw materials, finished products, transportation, packaging, premises, and equipment;
Checks compliance with technological instructions regarding packaging, labeling, and delivery of products;
Takes production samples for laboratory investigations as per instructions;
Ensures manufacturing parameters comply with current Health Legislation and Regulations;
Ensures control measures against diseases common to humans and animals are followed;
Identifies and eliminates non-conformities in the technological flow;
Monitors and verifies critical control points;
Conducts the sanitary-veterinary expertise of the finished product before it leaves the production department;
Determines and implements corrective actions;
Participates in actions for continuous improvement of standards implemented at the company level.
Advanced studies in veterinary medicine;
Strong knowledge/experience in meat processing technology and meat products;
Good understanding of MS Office suite.
