What do we expect from you? To handle the collection of biological samples from patients using the medical services of Synevo Moldova, adhering to policies, procedures, and quality standards.
· Greeting patients and preparing them for the collection of biological samples while adhering to quality standards and hygiene measures;
· Performing collection procedures according to the specifics of the sample;
· Following procedures related to the safe handling of medical waste;
· Informing patients about post-collection actions;
· Completed post-secondary specialized studies;
· Experience in collecting biological samples (preferably 1 year);
· Specific knowledge of collection activities (procedures, providing first aid, use of work equipment and collection systems, clinical indicators that may reflect the patient’s condition and which may lead to the interruption of the collection, etc.);
· Good communication skills and integrity;
· Empathetic individual;
· Focused on patient needs;
· Team player;
· Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
