Responsibility

What do you need to do?

  • primary document management (issuing invoices, tracking inventory, managing receipts).

  • contract administration and correspondence handling.

  • support for sales and logistics departments.

  • using office equipment and software for data entry.

  • coordination of office tasks and administrative support.

  • customer relationship management, answering calls, and directing queries and questions to colleagues.

Obligations

If you have:

  • basic computer operating skills.

  • high school or higher education.

  • a desire to learn and grow (experience is not required).

  • attention to detail.

  • responsibility, friendliness, punctuality, communication skills.
