AssistMatch is looking for a meticulous and organized executive assistant for a company in the retail sector. If you are proficient with Excel, can compile presentations, and are fluent in three languages — this opportunity is for you.
You will be the key assistant to the leader, responsible for documents, task coordination, and support of daily business processes.
Preparation of business presentations in PowerPoint.
Working with Excel: tables, pivot data, reporting control.
Coordination of meetings, calls, logistical and administrative processes.
Monitoring task completion according to the manager's assignments.
Processing incoming requests and preparing documents according to templates.
Experience as an assistant, office manager, or administrator for at least 1 year.
Proficient in Excel (tables, formulas, filters) and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Russian and Romanian, English at Intermediate level or higher.
Attention to detail and the ability to organize information.
Flexibility and proactivity in problem-solving.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
