Office Manager activity with duties of preparing HR documents:
Providing direct administrative and organizational support to the General Manager;
Preparing documents, reports and presentations upon request;
Maintaining effective communication between management and other departments.
Human Resources Activity (under the supervision of the HR Manager):
Preparing and updating personnel files;
Drafting individual employment contracts, addenda, internal orders and other HR documents;
Management of certificates and vacation/medical leaves;
Collaboration with the payroll accountant;
Ensuring compliance with applicable labor legislation.
The ideal candidate:
Has experience in administrative and HR roles – minimum 1-2 years;
Possesses knowledge in labor legislation and drafting administrative and personnel letters and documents;
Higher education (preferably in the field of law, economics or human resources).
He is an energetic, responsible and proactive person;
She has very good skills in analyzing and synthesizing information, and is attentive to details;
Possesses planning and organizational skills,
Possess advanced communication skills,
He is a good professional and does not lack the spirit of initiative and involvement;
PC operating skills (Microsoft Office, advanced Excel);
English language – intermediate level (advantage).
