Office Manager at Hotel Jolly Alon Schedule: full time, 5/2 from 8.00 to 17.00 Location: Central Chișinău, Hotel Jolly Alon We are looking for a professional with experience in administrative and HR (2-3 years), advanced organizational skills and confidentiality. PC skills required (Office, advanced Excel) and intermediate English. Higher education (in law, economics, or HR) is necessary.

Responsibility

Responsibilities: - Providing administrative and organizational support to the General Manager; - Preparing documents, reports, and presentations; - Maintaining efficient communication between management and departments; - Compiling and updating personnel files; - Drafting HR documents (contracts, addenda, internal orders); - Managing vacation/sick leave; - Collaborating in the payroll process; - Ensuring compliance with labor legislation. Schedule: full-time, 5/2 from 8:00 to 17:00 Location: Center of Chisinau, Hotel Jolly Alon.

Obligations

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and organizational support to the General Manager; - Prepare and manage requested documents, reports, and presentations; - Maintain effective communication between management and other departments; - Compile and update personnel files, employment contracts, and HR documents; - Manage certificates and vacation/medical leave; - Collaborate with the accountant for the payroll process; - Ensure compliance with current labor legislation.
