Job description

The Office Manager ensures the smooth functioning of the Connect Imobil office by efficiently managing internal activities, providing operational support to the team, and maintaining direct relationships with accounting, banking, and company management.
He is the person who guarantees order, administrative discipline, and accuracy of office processes.

Responsibility

  • Organizes the daily activity of the office and ensures that all administrative processes run efficiently;

  • Ensures constant supply of office supplies (water, coffee, stationery, supplies, etc.);

  • Manages the relationship with external suppliers and services (cleaning, maintenance, utilities, internet);

  • Collaborate with accounting: collect and submit documents, verify payments, request bank statements;

  • May travel to the bank or other institutions at the request of the director;

  • Create and update Google Sheets reports on expenses, payments, and monthly statements;

  • Provides direct support to the director:

    • prepares documents and contracts for signing;

    • organizes appointments and meetings;

    • keeps track of correspondence and electronic archive;

    • monitors the fulfillment of tasks assigned to the team.

Obligations

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, primary accounting or office management;

  • Solid knowledge of Google Sheets;

  • Excellent organizational, communication and prioritization skills;

  • Responsibility, discretion and confidentiality;

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages – mandatory;

  • Personal transport - advantage.
